Well, we have another holiday celebration coming up right around the corner. That's right, St. Patrick's Day is a couple weeks away. Time to start gathering all your green garments and find some four-leaf clovers to get ready for the celebrations! St. Patrick's Day is considered the most widely celebrated and observed saints day in the world, and originated as a day to honor the spread of Catholicism in Ireland and the Patron Saint of Ireland, St. Patrick. Here in the United States, several cities turn their rivers and water fountains green, while restaurants will offer green beverages, food and traditional Irish cuisine as a way to celebrate this special day (St. Patrick's Day is not a legal holiday in the United States).
